Josh is a Certified Internal Auditor and seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading accounting, finance, audit, and information technology functions across both domestic and international organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing global finance teams while earning a reputation for results-oriented leadership, integrity, and sound financial stewardship. At Pinpoint, Josh leverages his strategic perspective, operational expertise, and financial acumen to support organizational growth, strengthen performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Jake brings more than ten years of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, and healthcare real estate. For the past seven years, he has specialized in skilled nursing facilities and senior housing assets. In his role at Mozart, Jake oversees the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities while also managing the firm’s day-to-day operations. He partners closely with operators, lenders, and other key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational success. Before joining Mozart, Jake served as a Vice President on Truist’s Senior Housing Underwriting team for two years. Prior to that, he spent four years at Greystone as Vice President of Asset Management, where he focused on healthcare bridge lending and asset management.
Archie is the Founder of Pinpoint and a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in healthcare finance, operations, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has partnered with skilled nursing operators to build strong financial infrastructures, improve operational performance, and support sustainable growth. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, reimbursement analysis, quality mix optimization, and labor management, providing organizations with the data and insights needed to make informed business decisions.
Drawing on decades of experience in the skilled nursing industry, Archie combines financial expertise with a practical understanding of healthcare operations to help organizations improve efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes. Prior to founding Pinpoint, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Mosaic Healthcare (formerly ManagCare), a skilled nursing facility management company based in Lincolnwood, Illinois, where he led the organization’s financial strategy and operational planning.
